It's such a pleasure to stay in a hotel with such a quirky history, its almost an adventure in itself. Its not a cheap place to stay, but the overall quality proves it to be excellent value for money. It's difficult to imagine a better placed hotel. Liberty is opposite, as is Carnaby St. It ajoins The Palladium, while most of the other West End Theatres are in walking distance. As for shopping, well, you are surounded by the main retail areas. Finally, it is a good central base for general sightseeing.

Very nice and big hotel. The lobby is very representative as well as the rooms are however not everything in the room was clean. Oxford street is just 5 minutes away from the hotel.
Top Tip
There is nice small street 'Carnaby street' with some stores and nice restaurants.

It wasnt the best room as i have stayed there before and this room was a lot smaller. Also it was located next to the lift which wasnt the best location and there was no early book in which i did request. I had to wait until 2pm as opposed to 12.30 as I had asked for

The Hotel was perfect in every way except the fan in the bathroom couldnt be switched off and kept me awake all night. It was too late at night when we realised this to complain.
The plug in the bath kept coming out so couldnt use bath either and make up mirror light wasnt working. Great place to stay if shopping.
