Great place to stay for shopping in Oxford Street. We stayed in a room still to be renovated so accepted that it was shabby. It was clean, warm and shower worked. Advantage of being so high, no street noise. Don't bother with breakfast. Pretty awfull.
Lots of cafes near by.

Nothing bad to report. Oxford Circus tube station 2 min walk away at the crossroad with Regent Street for all the main shops including Hamleys (outstanding) an excellent base to go out and explore London from.

i was'nt sure if i was intitled to a breakfast as i booked online,
i asked the barman and he phoned down to reception and said that i was intitled to a breakfast.
arrived back 30 mins later with my partner and as we were eating the bar man left the bill of £25 on our table.
i immedietly went up and asked what it was for and was told that he got the room number wrong. i told him 1412 and he said he thought i said 1214. he asked me again just as i sat down at the table with my partner, i think he asked me 3 times and he never had the decency to tell us of his mistake.

we booked a twin but were given a small double on arrival.we were upraded to a larger rom with a kinsize bed promptly, as there were no twins available.highly recommend this hotel.
