Foyer welcoming. Fast check in service and Express Check out facility. Just drop 'key; in box and go. They will bill you later for any extras.
Double room a little small. One side of bed hard up against wall.Certain amount of climbing over required in the night. Room on 7th floor. Room in need of a lick of paint. A little tired. But more than adequate for a one nights stay.
Ideal for Covent garden and theatres. Charing Cross station and underground just mins away. Trafalgar Square just at the bottom of the Strand.
Top Tip
Take Northern line from Charing Cross underground to Oxford St and Euston rather than Covent Garden; easier.

We have stayed at the hotel many times by booking direct but were unable to get the number of rooms required direct hence we booked via yourselves. Very good location for all amenities especially if you are looking to go to some shows

Good Hotel, basic, but all that you need for a short stay. Great location, my only criticism is the parking which was a fair walk away, and in the rain wasn't pleasant, that is the only bad point. Good, well organised breakfast, nice selection of hot and cold dishes although need to replenish hot plates before they run out completely. Literally two minutes walk from Covent Garden, and Theatreland, which is full of bars, cafes, restaurants and a multitude of shops.

Good clean and comfortable hotel with an unbeatable location just 1 minutes walk from Covent Garden. Buffet Breakfast was included and there was lots of choice with freshly cooked food and your usual fruits, pastries and yoghurts.

Foyer, bars and restaurants have obviously had major renovations in the last couple of years and are quite impressive. The rooms are quite small and a bit drab (though very clean) and could do with a make-over.
Top Tip
Great location for theatres, shopping in Covent Garden, London Eye, Trafalgar Square - all only 5 minutes walk away!
